The following tools are required to assemble the Legacy Basic Acoustical Shell: " Wrench " Open End Combination Wrench • • " Wrench Utility Knife (to cut plastic wrap and banding) • • efore ssembly Units should be assembled indoors, in a well-lighted space with a level floor. Choose an area close to the performance space - a backstage scene shop is ideal.

ssembly 1. Remove the Hardware Bag and check the contents. It should contain the following: Casters, 3 x 2” Wide -16 x 2- " Capscrew -16 Lock Nut 2. Remove the screws securing the two wood blocks to the pallet. Discard the wood blocks.

ssembly ContInUed 4. Unbolt and remove the screws and brackets securing the Shell to the pallet. Bolts and Bracket 5. Slide the shell over until the closed ends of both Feet extend beyond the edge of the pallet. Locate the two Casters in the Hardware Pack and screw each one into the threaded hole on the underside of each foot.

ssembly ContInUed 6. Slide one Plug-In Foot Assembly into the open end of one of the feet and align both sets of pre-drilled holes. From the top, insert one -16 x 2- " Capscrew through each set of pre-drilled holes and secure at the bottom with a -16 Lock Nut.

ssembly ContInUed 8. Remove any remaining cardboard, banding, tape and packaging. For operating instructions and replacement parts information, refer to the owner’s Manual.
