Rescue Pole usage guide
This supplement provides guidance for the use of the R20
Rescue Pole to facilitate the rescue of an unconscious casualty
wearing the Latchways Personal Rescue Device
This document provides guidance only—suitable rescue
procedures should be in place to suit the particular working
environment. Workers must be trained and practiced to ensure
they are capable of carrying out such rescues safely and
efficiently. Rescuers must never place themselves at risk in
order to rescue an unconscious colleague.
