UNPACKING

Unpack the kettle and power base from the carton.
Retain the carton and packing for future use. If you have to
dispose of the carton and packing, please do so responsibly.
The carton should contain -
1 x WK8256NSS kettle.
1 x Power base.
1 x Owner's handbook.

PLACEMENT

• Feed the power cable out through the
slot under the power base so that the
base will sit flat.
• If the power cable is too long, you can
wind a turn of cable around the clips
under the power base, then feed it
through the slot.
• Place the power base securely on a table or work-surface
within easy reach of a power outlet.
Placement cautions
Ensure that the kettle is located out of the reach of children.
Never place the kettle under a cupboard or overhanging surface.
Exposure to steam from the kettle may damage the surface.
