Wine Guardian® Through-the-Wall
How to Install Optional Duct Collars and Duct Work
Step 2 – Duct Collar and Ductwork Kit
1. Pull back the outer layer of
insulation and plastic sheathing
from the flexible ductwork
provided to expose the inner layer
of 6"round ductwork.
2. Attach the ductwork to the duct
collar at the TTW system by
squeezing slightly to form an oval
shape. Slip the ductwork over the
plastic duct collar and hold in
place.
3. Install a plastic tie wrap around the
flexible ductwork at the base of the
oval duct cllar and tighten.
4. Install a second plastic tie wrap (if
needed) to securely fasten the
flexible ductwork to the plastic
collar.
5. Slide the insulation back down
over the duct collar assembly to
cover the internal ductwork and
duct collar.
6. Extend flexible ductwork from
TTW system to another room,
outside of structure or an
alternative location.
