Before You Begin

Connect only to a nominal 120 VAC, 60 Hz circuit protected
by a minimum 15 A Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupter (GFCI)*.
WARNING: Risk of electric shock. Do not immerse or flush
the product with water.
WARNING: Risk of product damage. Liquids can damage
electronic components. Avoid spraying, soaking, or
immersing the seat hinge.
IMPORTANT! The seat mounting holes on the toilet must be
accessible from the underside of the bowl to accommodate the toilet
seat cord. Some toilets, where the mounting holes are not accessible,
will require an alternate mounting plate kit, 1362736 sold separately.
NOTICE: Do not use an extension cord with this product.

Observe all local electrical and building codes.
Install an electrical outlet within 4' (1219 mm) of the toilet.
*Outside North America, this device may be known as a Residual
Current Device (RCD).
