On the body of the valve you will find:
Production week, year, and valve code
no.
See figure: "Identification".
Mounting the valve

Clean the pipe system before
mounting the valve.

Mount filter in front of the valve if
there are impurities in media.
3 The arrow cast on the body must
point in the direction of the flow.
See bottom or side of the valve.
4 Mount the valve as shown in the
picture. The valve can be mounted
with a max angle of 90° from
upright position.
5 Use counterforce when tightening
up pipe connections, i.e. use a
spanner on both the valve body as
well as on the pipe connector.
6 The pipes on both sides of the valve
must be securely fastened.
7 Test the system. Maximum pressure
is 25 bar.
Mounting the coil
You can only use a click-on coil for
an eV250B valve

Mount leads as shown in the
picture. Earth has to be mounted on
the flat pin.

Mount the O-ring.
3 Click the coil on the valve.
4 The cable has to be mounted as
shown in the picture, to avoid water
coming into the cable fitting.

coil replacement
1 Before removing the coil, voltage
must be disconnected, otherwise
the coil will burn out.
2 Use a screwdriver to lever the coil
from the armature.

nc and nO
Failure : The valve does not open.
Possible cause:
The differential pressure is to high.
Coil is defect. Only for NC
Dirt particles are blocking armature
(2).
Failure : The valve does not close.
Possible cause:
The small equalising hole (1) in
the diaphragm can be blocked by
particles.
Coil is defect. Only for NO
The valve can be mounted with
inverted flow direction. Check if the
arrow on the valve is pointing in the
wanted direction!
leak:
Dirt can be between valve orifice
and diaphragm.
