    Operation Keys and Their Functions OPERATION / FUNCTION On/Off Press and hold for 2+ seconds to operate. To Hold Weight on Scale - With weight on scale, press key to hold weight. To Hold Peak Weight of Multiple Weighings Hold - Without weight on scale, press key to put indicator in peak hold mode.
