Low battery detection
The water sensor has a low battery detection system.
The supervision function on the CTC1000 control panel checks the
battery status every 30 to 50 minutes.
The control panel must detect the low battery signal for at least
10 times with a time interval of 10 minutes.
If battery is low, the control panel will display an error message.
Replacing the battery
1.
Loosen the screws and remove the cover.
2.
Insert new batteries (always use the correct battery type: see
Technical specifications below). Make sure the polarity is correct.
3.
Put back the cover and fasten the screws.
WARNING
Do not puncture or throw batteries in fire as they might
explode.
Keep batteries away from children.

Installation
7.1
Set up connection between the sensor and the control
panel
1.
On the control panel, go to the Add Device menu
(see chapter Managing devices in the CTC1000 manual).
2.
On the water sensor, press the test button.
3.
Refer to the control panel user manual to complete the learn-in
process.

Find a suitable location
Mount the water sensor in such a way that the probe touches the
floor (or any height that you want to control).

The base has two recesses where the plastic is thinner for mounting
purposes. To mount the water sensor:
1.
Remove the screws to separate the top cover from the base.
2.
Break through the recesses on the base.
