(1) The purchaser has to handle the article of sale carefully and according to the regulations.
(2) In the event that the article of sale is defective or warranted characteristics are missing or it becomes
faulty within the warranty period due to fabrication or material errors, the seller shall offer a replacement
excluding other warranty claims to the purchaser. The defective delivery item is to be returned to the
seller – in other words in exchange – simultaneously with the proof of purchase.
(3) The warranty period is 2 years and starts as of the date of delivery.
(4) Obvious defects must be immediately reported to the seller in writing, however within a period of two
weeks upon delivery.
(5) In the event that the replacement fails after an appropriate period of time, the purchaser can desire
the cancellation of the contract or reduction.
(6) Other claims for damages are excluded insofar as the damage was not caused deliberately or grossly
negligently.
(1) The consumer has a right of revocation. This right gives him the possibility of disengaging from the
contract already entered into. The revocation does not require justification. The customer can exercise his
right of revocation through notice of revocation insofar as the contract deals with the delivery of goods,
via return of the goods.
(2) The duration of the revocation period is 2 weeks. The period starts as of the entry of an effective
power of revocation.
