• Always keep and use the charger indoors in a dry place.
• The socket for connecting the charger must be close by and easily
accessible.

Intended use

The DT24 lead gel battery (ref. no. 9103540411) is a mobile power supply for
refrigerated containers. The lead gel battery provides DC power (12 V). Only the
charger supplied may be used to charge the lead gel battery.

Technical description

The DT24 lead gel battery supplies the refrigerated container with battery power if
an external power source is not available. If the voltage of the lead gel battery falls
below 11.7 V, then a low-voltage shutdown switches the refrigerated container and
the fan off. This prevents the lead gel battery from being totally discharged. If the
voltage of the lead gel battery is at a minimum of 12.1 V, then the cut-in voltage
switches the refrigerated container and the fan on again.
