For the helper(s)

Create a new account on the web site
The first helper that sets up an account and invites the Senior user will be
the Admin for the CareCircle.
1. Use a web browser to access www.mydoro.com.
2. Click Create account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete
the account setup. You will need to enter a valid email address togeth-
er with some other personal details.
Note! You should never use the same password for multiple web
sites/services.
3. When done, you will receive an email with a link to verify your email
address and activate the account. Click on the provided link.
4. Login to the service and start using it by inviting the Senior you want
to help, see Add senior., p.52.
Note! To help the Doro 8080 user remotely from their phone the helpers
can also install the
trusted helper can also get full access to the Doro 8080 by the use of
Teamviewer, see The remote help
The My Doro Manager helper application that is available through Play
Store or App store is for older phone models and is NOT compatible with
Doro 8080.
Add senior.
Get the service running by inviting the Senior user you want to help. Al-
ways inform the Senior user that you will start the service as it will require
actions from the Senior user also.
1. Login to the service and click Add senior.
2. Fill the email address for the Senior user and click Next.
3. You can decide to fill in the details or let the Senior handle it and click
Next.
4. Click Confirm when done. An invitation email is now sent to the Se-
nior. See Accept invitation on the Doro 8080, p.53 to finalise and close
the CareCircle.
