1. Prefazione
Ci riserviamo il diritto di apportare modifiche tecniche al filtro e/o
modifiche contenutistiche alle presenti istruzioni per l'uso. J. Schmalz
GmbH declina qualsiasi responsabilità per errori tecnici o di stampa e
per eventuali lacune presenti in queste istruzioni. Inoltre, J. Schmalz
GmbH declina qualsiasi responsabilità per danni riconducibili
direttamente o indirettamente alla fornitura, alle prestazioni e
all'utilizzo di queste istruzioni.
Queste istruzioni per l'uso hanno lo scopo di aiutare l'utente a
conoscere il filtro per vuoto e a sfruttare le possibilità di utilizzo
secondo la destinazione d'uso.
Le istruzioni per l'uso contengono informazioni importanti per utilizzare
i componenti in modo sicuro, conforme e redditizio. La loro
osservanza aiuta ad evitare pericoli, a ridurre i costi di riparazione e i
tempo di inattività oltre ad aumentare l'affidabilità e la durata dei
prodotti.
Le istruzioni devono essere accessibili a tutti coloro che lavorano con
il filtro.
Inoltre, questo manuale deve essere event. integrato con istruzioni
aggiuntive sulla base di norme nazionali esistenti relative alla
prevenzione degli infortuni e alla tutela ambientale (in particolare
relativamente allo smaltimento dei pezzi smontati).
Oltre alle istruzioni per l'uso ed ai regolamenti antinfortunistici
vincolanti validi nel paese d'uso e nell'azienda d'impiego, il si devono
osservare anche le regole tecniche settoriali riconosciute per
l'esecuzione di lavori sicuri e a regola d'arte.
2. Sicurezza
2.1 Avvertenze e simboli
Questo simbolo indica che le informazioni devono essere
rispettate al fine di garantire un utilizzo corretto e redditizio.
Questo segnale è presente nel manuale in tutti i punti da
rispettare assolutamente per evitare danneggiamenti o
distruzione delle parti dell'impianto.
2.2 Impiego conforme alle prescrizioni
Il filtro per vuoto è costruito secondo il più avanzato stato della tecnica
e in base alle norme di sicurezza riconosciute. Tuttavia, la sicurezza di
funzionamento dei gruppi collegati può essere messa in pericolo se:
- il filtro per vuoto viene usato in modo inappropriato,
- le condizioni di esercizio vengono modificate,
- vengono effettuate modifiche senza il consenso del produttore,
- non vengono eseguiti lavori di manutenzione e riparazione
necessari.
Utilizzare il filtro per vuoto solo in perfetto stato tecnico e in modo
conforme secondo il progetto tecnico, sicuro e consapevole dei rischi
nel rispetto delle istruzioni per l'uso! Eliminare immediatamente i
guasti che potrebbero compromettere la sicurezza!
Dell'utilizzo conforme fa parte anche il rispetto delle istruzioni per l'uso
e delle condizioni di ispezione e di manutenzione.
Il produttore del filtro declina qualsiasi responsabilità per i rischi
risultanti dai prodotti da filtrare. Ciò vale in particolare per la
lavorazione di materiali nocivi per la salute. L'utente del filtro per vuoto
è responsabile dei dispositivi di sicurezza necessari e prescritti a tale
scopo.
2.3 Sicurezza di esercizio
Il filtro per vuoto deve essere sottoposto a manutenzione e utilizzato
solo da personale formato e autorizzato.
Evitare qualsiasi lavoro che compromette la sicurezza di
funzionamento del filtro per vuoto.
L'utente è tenuto a controllare una volta alla settimana il filtro per
vuoto al fine di rilevare danni e difetti riconoscibili esternamente e a
segnalare immediatamente eventuali modifiche (incluse quelle al
comportamento d'esercizio) che compromettono la sicurezza di
funzionamento.
Per motivi di sicurezza non sono consentite trasformazioni e modifiche
arbitrarie al filtro per vuoto. Inoltre, la garanzia del produttore
decade con effetto immediato.

changes to the contents of these operating instructions.
The J. Schmalz GmbH is not liable for any technical errors or technical
printing errors or omissions in these instructions. Furthermore, the J.
Schmalz GmbH accepts no liability for damage relating either directly
or indirectly to the supply, suitability or use of these instructions.
These operating instructions will make it easier for users to familiarise
themselves with the vacuum air filter and its application in the manner
intended.
This document contains important instructions for safe, proper and
economical operation of the vacuum air filter. Following these
instructions will help to avoid hazards, reduce repair costs and
downtimes, increase reliability and prolong the life of the products.
These operating instructions must be readily available at the place of
use of the vacuum air filter at all times.
If necessary, these instructions must be supplemented to take into
account existing accident prevention and environmental regulations
applicable in the country of use (especially for disposal of used parts).
In addition to the operating instructions and the binding accident
prevention regulations applicable in the country of use and on site, the
generally recognised rules of sound engineering practice must be
observed.
2. Safety
2.1 Warnings and symbols
Indicates what the user should pay close attention to in order
to ensure trouble-free and economical operation of the
equipment.
Indicates all points which must be followed closely in order to
avoid damage to or destruction of parts of the system.
2.2 Use according to the regulations
The vacuum filter is manufactured in accordance with the latest state-
of-the-art and complies with the generally recognised safety
regulations. Nevertheless, there is a risk to the functional reliability of
connected aggregates if the vacuum filter is used improperly,
if the operating conditions are changed,
if changes or modifications not expressly approved by the
manufacturer are made,
if essential maintenance and repair work is neglected.
Only use the vacuum filter if it is in perfect working order and if it is to
be used in the manner intended in accordance with its technical
design. In addition, observe all the safety instructions contained in this
manual and heed all the warnings. In particular, faults which impair
the safety of this equipment must be rectified immediately.
Use according to the regulations also includes observance of the
instructions in the operating manual and compliance with the
inspection and maintenance instructions.
The filter manufacturer accepts no liability whatsoever for hazards
which stem from the medium to be cleaned. This applies in particular
to the processing of substances which pose a risk to health or the
environment. The operator of the vacuum filter is responsible for the
safety equipment that is required and prescribed for this purpose.
2.3 Operational safety
The vacuum filter should only be installed and serviced by trained and
authorised personnel.
The use of working methods detrimental to the safety of the vacuum
filter are not allowed.
The operating authority is obliged to check the vacuum filter once per
week for visible signs of damage or deficiency and to immediately
notify the responsible service person of any changes (including
changes observed during operation of the filter) which may reduce
safety.
Unauthorised changes or modifications to the vacuum filter are
generally not permitted for safety reasons and will render the
manufacturer's warranty null and void with immediate effect.
