Check this section if you experience difficulty with operating the Frozen II
Magic Colour Clock.

Possible cause
Incorrect battery
polarities
Weak batteries
AC/DC connection
problem
Weak batteries
Weak radio reception
Weak batteries
Strong light
disturbance
Interference by
other objects, e.g. wall,
ceiling, book shelf,
cabinet, etc
Out of focus
Dirty projection lens
Correction
Ensure that the batteries are
installed correctly.
Replace with new batteries.
Ensure that the adaptor
connection is ok.
Replace with new batteries.
Take out the antenna from
cabinet on the back of the
unit.
Place the unit nearer to a
window that has an open and
unobstructed view.
Replace with new batteries.
Keep unit away from strong
light.
Keep unit away from
anything blocking the sensor
located above or close to
the Frozen II Magic Colour
Clock.
Rotate the projector
focus lens clockwise and
anticlockwise to adjust the
focus of projection display.
Wipe the lens with a clean,
dry cloth.
