BRÜHAUL FOOTPLATE KIT INSTALLATION
Parts List:
2 x Bamboo Footplates
4 x Plastic Frame Clips
8 x Allen Head Machine Footplate Screws
8 x Aluminum Spacers
4 x Nuts

Starting with the drive side, remove the
BruHaul's existing chain guide and set aside
(See Photo 1A). Install two (2) black Plastic
Frame Clips on the chainstay hoops of the
frame (See Photo 1B). Make sure that the
screw holes are positioned outboard of the
frame hoops so that they line up with the holes
in the bamboo footplate. Also ensure that the
thicker side of each Plastic Frame clip
is facing upward.

- Page 2 Position four (4) aluminum spacers on top of each of the four mounting holes (two along the chainstay and two above the Plastic Frame Clips), which will support the Bamboo Footplate (See Photo 2). Place the footplate on top of the spacers being sure to line up it up above the spacers’...
- Page 3 Reinstall chain guide (See Photo 5A). Using a torque wrench, tighten all footplate screws to 5Nm (See Photo 5B). Repeat the above steps for the non-drive side Bamboo Footplate. Note that the non- drive side does not have a chain guide.
