7 Other features Set the alarm timer This unit can be used as an alarm clock. The disc/radio/USB/iPod is activated to play at a preset time. Note • Ensure that you have set the clock correctly. Press to switch to standby mode. Press and hold SLEEP/TIMER for more than two seconds.
Clean the disc lens • After prolonged use, dirt or dust may accumulate at the disc lens. To ensure good play quality, clean the disc lens with Philips CD lens cleaner or any commercially available cleaner. Follow the instructions supplied with cleaner.
