Transmitter not turned "ON"
Power is turned "OFF"
AC adaptor not properly
connected
AC adaptor problem
Receiver not turned "ON"
Power is turned "OFF"
Low charge battery
in receiver
AC adaptor not properly
connected
AC adaptor problem
Receiver not properly
seated in base.
Receiver/base contacts
dirty
Turn the transmitter "ON".
Make sure that any light switches that control
power flow to the wall outlet are "ON".
Make sure house fuses and circuit breakers
are "ON".
Check AC adaptor jack-to-socket and
plug-to-outlet connections.
Test the transmitter using the other AC adaptor.
If the transmitter works with the other
AC adaptor, call Fisher-Price at 1-800-432-KIDS
to replace the broken AC adaptor.
Turn the receiver "ON".
Make sure that any light switches that control
power flow to the wall outlet are "ON".
Make sure house fuses and circuit breakers
are "ON".
Use AC adaptor with receiver in base to
monitor and charge battery.
Check AC adaptor jack-to-socket and
plug-to-outlet connections.
Test the receiver using the other AC adaptor.

the broken AC adaptor.
Reposition the receiver so that it is
properly seated in base.
Clean metal contacts on bottom of receiver
and in base with a pencil eraser.
