SDC1 and SDC8 series SD card LED player are designed for driving LED spot light, strip, dot matrix or
hurdle LED lamps. It can play multiple programs on a SD card. There's 1 output port on SDC1 and 8 output
ports on SDC8, each port can drive up to 2048 pixels at 30 fps

  • Page 5 3) Fill the Horizontal Pixel and the Vertical Pixel, for example on above picture we fill 40 for Horizontal Pixel and 2 for Vertical Pixel, and then choose Left-Top horizontal in for the Pattern. Click “OK“ then it will come back to the main interface as Picture 3.2.1.3 Picture 3.2.1.3 main interface with layout We can see there are 40 Horizontal Pixel and 2 Vertical Pixels, and total 80 pixels in this project.

  • Page 10 3.3 Effect Record and Edit 3.3.1 Import Layout file After saving the Layout, we can close the Layout window and then import Layout file to go on the program record. The step is: Click Import Layout File => Choose the Layout File name => Click Open => Import the Layout File successful.

Preset programs Click Video Effect, it will come out to Picture 3.3.2.1, those effects in the pink box are preset programs, we can choose any of them and then record directly, and speed is adjustable by pressing F6 & F7.   • Page 15 Picture 3.3.2.7 Export to ray files 3.4 Project Config instruction Let’s introduce some function of the Config Menu. 1. Frame Rate We can click Frame Rate key then go into the Set Frame Rate window to set up the Frame rate of the program.
  • Page 16 Picture 3.4.2 Language Switch 3. Timing Play Booth SDC1 and SDC8 have timing play function version (need hardware support), it can be set up as shown in Picture 3.4.3. Picture 3.4.3 timing play set up For the timing play, it can be set in loop or set as starting at specific time and stop in specific time. For example: 1) There are 3 programs in loop, if we choose "Item Period ", set the time of program-1 as: 5 hours 30 minutes 0 seconds, the program will play for 5 hours 30 minutes and then switch to next program.
  • Page 17 To make it stop working, we can make a no-work program, set the start time as 21 hours 30 minutes 0 seconds, then the LED will start to play at 6:30 every day and stop playing at 21:30 every day. 4.
