YOU MUST USE A LINEMAN'S STYLE CLIMBING BELT TO INSTALL AND USE THESE STEPS. NEVER DISCONNECT FROM YOUR LINEMAN'S BELT

FOR YOUR SAFETY, DO NOT USE ANY TREESTAND DURING STORMS, WHEN TREES ARE WET OR ICY, OR ON TREES THAT ARE LEANING OR
THAT APPEAR DEAD OR DISEASED!

ALWAYS INSPECT EACH STRAP AND ALL THE STITCHING BEFORE USE. LOOK FOR ANY DAMAGE, CUTS OR ABRASIONS - DO NOT USE A
DAMAGED STRAP!
EACH STRAP MUST BE REPLACED EVERY TWO YEARS OR IMMEDIATELY IF ANY DAMAGE IS NOTICED!
DO NOT EXPOSE THESE STRAPS TO HEAT IN EXCESS OF 130° F OR TO ANY ACID OR ALKALINE SOLUTIONS!
DO NOT MODIFY THIS PRODUCT OR SUBSTITUTE ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS!
NEVER CLIMB WITH ANYTHING IN YOUR HANDS OR ON YOUR BACK - USE A HAUL LINE!
PRACTICE USING YOUR BUCKSTEPS AT A LOW LEVEL (5 FEET) UNTIL YOU MASTER ITS USE.

  • Page 2 Section 1. Assembling your new Bucksteps. Figure 1 Figure 2 Step 1. Take the supplied cam-buckle strap and secure it to one side of the metal loop in the center of the Buckstep. Push the cam buckle loop through the steel loop as shown in Figure 1.

Using a bungee or utility strap, cinch the assembly together for transportation. Section 3. Maintenance and Care of your Bucksteps. The quality of material and fabrication techniques used in manufac- turing makes Summit’s Bucksteps very durable under normal hunting conditions.
  • Page 4 Limited Warranty Figure 10 (A) Warranty Summit Treestands, LLC (Summit) warrants to the original retail purchaser that all products manufactured by it are free from defects in material and manufacture at the time of shipment for sixty (60) months from the date of purchase. Summit will repair or replace any part found defective if the unit claimed to be defective shall be returned to Summit, postage prepaid, within the warranty period.
