Never use Chlorine, Bromide or Salt in models with Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers Only the Titanium Heat Exchanger models can use Chlorine and Salt in the water Never use Bromide with any iCool, it is very corrosive and will case serious damage.

Make sure that the small clear plastic in line filter in the hose carrying water from the pool to the iCool is in place and is clean, as this prevents contamination such as hair or fabric particles from clogging the heat exchange mecha- nism.

6ºC or 42ºF as this would put athletes using the system unattended at risk of hypothermia. however, the iCool is easily powerful enough to freeze the water inside the system itself and if this happens the safety screen above will appear and the system will stop.

ThE SOFTWARE LOADiNG SCREEN ThE STATUS BAR WiLL FLASh WhiTE The STATUS BAR on top of the iCool changes colour or flashes to give a clear indication of each function. While the software is loading the status bar will flash white while the screen shown above and then a black screen appears for about 15 seconds while the computers test the safety systems.

Check that the water in the pool is higher than the inlet connectors on the iCool. if this does not correct the problem the system will sound an alarm and a red warning screen will appear with information about how to correct the water flow prob- lem.

TEMPERATURE DiSPLAY SCALE This can be set to either Centigrade or Fahrenheit and this changes all of the displays throughout the entire system. When you first start the iCool it will normally start in Centigrade as this is the world standard.

Once you stop using these keys for more than a few seconds the display will stop flashing and the time showing is set into the system and the clock begins operating. The iCool clock operates in the universal 24-hour time style.

AUTOMATiC SYSTEM ShUTDOWN TiMER You can preset your iCool to shut down at any time up to five hours in the future. This is very convenient for coaches and specialists who may want to leave the training area early but want to make sure that the system is not left running needlessly.

Plug-in any music player to the mini phono jack provided. The volume is controlled by your music player not by iCool stereo system, so be sure the volume is turned down when you first plug in your player. ThE hELP SYSTEM Your iCool has an extensive built-in electronic help system.

Some help pages may not be installed on your iCool when it is delivered, so that your local dealer can in- stall them to suit your country and sport. Aternatively iCool can provide a free update memory card with the latest help menus to suit your needs.
ThE STATUS BAR LiGhT ON TOP OF ThE iCOOL TURNS RED WhEN YOU START ThE COOLiNG CYCLE. if the water temperature in the pool is already lower than the cooling temperature you set then the iCool will automatically attemp to heat the water to match the temperature you have set. The red bar indicates activaion of the heating mode.
