WARNING!
 The weight of the workpiece may not exceed the value given in the technical
data (chapter 9). This can cause the machine to break down and lead to
possible personal injury.
 Ensure that the power supply cable cannot come into contact with the cone or
the workpiece to be heated. Damage to the cable can cause electrocution!
Position the workpiece in the centre of the cone of the heater as in the illustration below.
The circular shape of the cone serves as a guide to centre the workpiece.
Some models come with a thermostat. If provided model has a thermostat probe put this
on the inner ring of the bearing as in the illustration below.
The heater will switch off once the temperature of 110°C (230°F) is reached. Once the
temperature drops below 95°C (203°F) the heater automatically will switch on again.
Switch on the device by means of the main switch. The switch will illuminate as a sign
the machine is operational. The machine starts heating the cone.
Allow 2 -3 minutes for cone to warm up before placing first item to be heated on to the
unit.
Caution!: The cone becomes very hot now! Make sure the cone is not touched without
protective clothing like heat resistant gloves. Without protective clothing keep a least
200mm / 8" distance from heater surfaces.
Do not leave the cone heater unattended while it is operational.
Always switch off the heater with the main switch after use. Switch will no longer be
illuminated when power is turned off.
When applicable remove the probe from the workpiece.
Use heat-resistant gloves and fit the workpiece without delay to prevent it from cooling
down.
