1. INTRODUCTION
We would like to congratulate you on the purchase of our compressor. We appreciate your trust. That's why functio-
nal security and operational safety stands on first place for us.
To prevent damage to persons or property, you should read this user manual carefully. Please observe
all safety precautions and instructions for proper use of the airbrush components. Failure to follow the
instructions and safety precautions can result in injury or property damage.
Please keep this manual with the instructions and safety instructions carefully in order to at any time you
can restore them.
2. IN GENERAL
The compressors are developed according to the newest stand of technology, manufactured with much care and go
under strict intensive controls.
Make sure after unpacking that the data given on the type label match with the included operating instructions. In the
case of doubt is not to be used. Transport damages are immediately to be reported to the package distributor on the
shipping invoice and to us in written form.
3. RANGES OF APPLICATION
Airbrush compressors can be used in:
l Bodypainting
l Fingernail painting
l Cosmetic
l Craftwork spraying
l And much more
lt can be also used for providing air source for medical, environment protect, breed aquatics Indnstrial, food Industri-
al, chemical industrial, laboratory and so on.
4. OPERATION DIRECTORY / TROUBLESHOOTING
The Original air hose have rubber airproof inside; the user can make the airtight by hand, and
get good performance. If the air hose is not original, usually the air hose and air compressor
cannot be well airproof. However, 100% airtight is only effective for auto stop function air com-
pressor. Teflon tape can be used to prevent leakage.
l Connect the equipment for your application to the outgoing 1/8" male fitting at the front of the
cylinder head,To keep the connecting fitting from leaking air you should always apply teflon
tape to the thread of the fitting.
l Connect the compressor to a protected power supply line with the same voltage as specified
on the product label.
l Adjust the outlet air pressure on the Filter/Regulator (see fig).
l Compressor running is controlled automatically by a pressure switch, referring to the pressure
in the outlet. Do not use the compressor continuously for longer than 10 minutes. Allow the

compressor to cool down for 15 minute after every 10 munites working cycle. Motor is equipped with a thermal
protector with automatic reset.
Checking the air leakage. Please do not use the air to pressure reach the max pressure (auto stop function), for the
compressors do not have auto stop function, please turn off the switch. Then check the needle of pressure gauge, if
the needle on gauge is very steady, it is means the airtight is verv good. If the needle decline down quickly, it means
there is air leakage in some place of connection. Please check and make it airtight. Or any small leakage will affect
the performance of the compressor. (lt may lead to frequently auto stop and auto start)
A compressors maximum pressure is the highest pressure it can build up. When a connected airbrush is opened, it
is precisely with this pressure that compresssed air in itially shoots out through the airbrush nozzle. In contrast, the
working pressure is the constant pressure the compressor can maintain during airbrushing. The level of this working
pressure depends, on the other hand. the nozzle diameter of the airbrush to which it is connected; the larger the
nozzle diameter, the greater the amount of air wich can escape and the lower the compressor's working pressure.
l Tanks provide a reservoir of pressurized air that you can draw from while you're spraying
l You can draw air at a regulated pressure from the tank instead of the average pressure of the piston cylinder
l The life of the compressor engine increases because it pumps air as the tank needs it instead of always being on.
l Tanks are great first line moisture traps
5. MAINTENANCE
l Cleaning the compressor after every use.
l After every use, drain the water collected in the Filter/Regulator bowl (inso-
far as a pre-filter is present), pressing upwards the valve placed on the bottom
side of the cup (outlet must be pressurized).
l Every three months, clean the filter of the Filter/Regulator by blowing with compressed air.
The following controls should be carried out regularly:
l That the cable is not damaged
l That the hoses are not bent or broken
l Checking the air leakage
l Open drain cock to exhaust condensate after every 40 working hours.
Caution!: Before each work on the compressor the security tips are to be followed.
6. SECURITY TIPS
l Keep away from children! It is not a toy!
l The compressor should not be taken by persons commissioning, which are under the influence
of alcohol, drugs or medication.
l Please, check before every use that the electrical connections as well as the cable are intact.
l Moreover, it is not recommended to carry out technical modifications. First it is not sure whether
these changes are technically flawless and secondly no guarantee can be therefore granted.
l Obey absolutely valid regulations on the electrical security
l The users shoild choose the right air compressor with suitable air flow and pressure according
to the actual work requirement.
l Pay attention to the Ambient temperatures between +5 and +40 ° C
l Never leave the appliance exposed to dust, acids, vapors, explosive or flammable gasses or atmos-
pheric agents (rain, sun, fog, snow)
l The compressor may be used only in well ventilated area and will not be used in areas with
steam or moisture, or near water.
l Never use the appliance in your bare feet or with wet hands or feet.
l Never pull on the electrical cable or hose
l Restricted section in the tubing or cables
l The device is to be secured / protected through a RCD circuit breaker (release current 30 mA).
l The electrical connections are always to be carried out by an authorised professional
l The compressor should not be used if it is damaged.
The manufacturer explains:
l To take over no responsibility in the case of accidents or damages on the basis of carelessness or disre-
gard to the instructions in this book.
l To reject every responsibility for the damages which originate from the improper use of the device
