    2,5 mm allen screw spanner. To assemble it, simply follow the enclosed sequence of pictures (9019). PLACING THE UNIT The DRESTER 1000 is equipment Category 3 (ref. ATEX-directive 94/9 EC) and may therefore be placed in locations classified as Zone 2 (ref. ATEX-directive 1999(92 EC).

    When this is done, close the valve for the paddle agitator (No.5 picture 2). 4. FILTRATION 8702 Note: MAKE SURE THAT YOU USE THE ORIGINAL DRESTER FILTER; DRESTER NR. SINCE THIS FILTER IS APPROVED BY NEXA AUTOCOLOR. TWO FILTERS SHOULD BE USED ON TOP OF EACH OTHER, ONE TO COLLECT THE PAINT SLUDGE, AND ONE FOR THE FINAL FILTRATION.

WARRANTY Hedson Technologies AB will replace all faulty parts on the DRESTER 1000 with new parts in accordance with the “Warranty Terms for Hedson Technologies AB”. This warranty only remains valid if the machine is used in the prescribed manner, and it does not cover the cost of repairs.

    Die Maschine wird komplett und montagefertig in einem Karton geliefert. Alles was Sie für die Montage brauchen ist ein 10 und 12 mm Schraubenschlüssel. Das Gerät wird laut beigelegter Bildserie 9019 endmontiert. AUFSTELLUNG DRESTER 1000 entspricht der Gerätekategorie „3“ (ATEX-Richtlinie 94/9 EG) und darf demnach in einem Arbeitsraum Zone 2 (ATEX-Richtlinie 1999/92 EG) aufgestellt werden AUFSTELLUNG Das Gerät an Druckluft von 5-12 (80-180 psi) bar anschliessen.

ZWEI FILTER SOLLTEN AUFEINANDER ANGEWENDET WERDEN, EINER UM DIE FARBRESTEN AUFZUSAMMELN UND EINER FÜR DIE SCHLUSSFILTRATION.

    - Diese Benutzerinformation muss bei dem Gerät vorhanden sein. GARANTIE Für DRESTER 1000 übernimmt Hedson Technologies AB eine Garantie für fehlerhafte Teile laut „Warranty Terms for Hedson Technologies AB”. Die Garantie erlischt bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch sowie bei Fremdeinwirkungen und deckt keine Reparaturarbeiten.
