    Fit the hoses to the footvalve, cleaning brush and rinse gun according to picture 2. PLACING THE UNIT The DRESTER 1000 is equipment Category 3 (ref. ATEX-directive 94/9 EC) and may therefore be placed in locations classified as Zone 2 (ref. ATEX-directive 1999(92 EC). INSTALLATION Connect compressed air of 5-12 bar bar (80-180 psi) to the air inlet of the machine (No1 picture 2).
  • Page 3 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE It is important to make sure that the lever (No 5 in Picture 3) ‘clicks’ into exactly the right position when choosing a function. For optimal cleaning result, spray-guns should be cleaned immediately after use. 1.CLEANING Before the machine is used for the first time, the filtrate container (No 5 in Picture 1) must be filled to 3/4 of the volume with clean water.

    4. FILTRATION N.B.: MAKE SURE THAT YOU USE ORIGINAL DRESTER FILTERS, NR. 8701 (MAIN FILTER), AND NR. 8702 (PRIMARY FILTER). THESE FILTERS HAVE BEEN TESTED AND APPROVED BY THE PAINT MANUFACTURERS. Open the drain-valve (No 9 in Picture 1) and drain the wash-basin (No 2 in Picture 1) completely into the filter. Clean the inside of the wash-basin thoroughly with the cleaning brush (i.e.

    WARRANTY Hedson Technologies AB will replace all faulty parts on the DRESTER 1000 with new parts in accordance with the “Warranty Terms for Hedson Technologies AB”. This warranty only remains valid if the machine is used in the prescribed manner, and it does not cover the cost of repairs.

  • Page 7 BETRIEBSANLEITUNG Grundsätzlich ist darauf zu achten, dass der Funktionswahlschalter (Bild 3 Nr. 5) einrastet, wenn eine andere Funktion ausgewählt wird. Um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen, sollten die Spritzpistolen sofort nach Gebrauch gereinigt werden. 1. REINIGEN Bevor das Gerät zum ersten Mal in Betrieb genommen wird, den Filtratbehälter (Bild 1 Nr. 5) bis zu 3/4 mit Wasser auffüllen. Im laufenden Betrieb ist dieses Wasser Umlaufwasser.
  • Page 8 4. FILTRIEREN HINWEIS: AUSSCHLIESSLICH ORIGINALFILTER VERWENDEN:DRESTER NR. 8701 (FEINFILTER ) UND DRESTER NR. 8702 (GROBFILTER). DIESE FILTER WURDEN MIT FÜHRENDEN LACKHERSTELLERN GETESTET. Den Ablasshahn (Bild 1 Nr. 9) öffnen. Nach dem Entleeren die Waschwanne (Bild 1 Nr. 2) mit der Waschbürste (d. h. mit Filtratwasser) von innen sorgfältig reinigen und damit alle Koagulationsreste in den Filter entleeren.

    - Diese Benutzerinformation muss bei dem Gerät vorhanden sein. GARANTIE Für DRESTER 1000 übernimmt Hedson Technologies AB eine Garantie für fehlerhafte Teile laut „Warranty Terms for Hedson Technologies AB”. Die Garantie erlischt bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch sowie bei Fremdeinwirkungen und deckt keine Reparaturarbeiten.

    2. MISE EN PLACE DRESTER 1000 constitue un équipement de Catégorie 3 (cf. directive ATEX no 94/9/CE) et peut donc être placé dans un espace de travail classé comme Zone 2 (cf. directive ATEX no 1999/92 CE).
  • Page 11 MODE D’EMPLOI Lorsqu’une fonction est sélectionnée, il est important que la manette (ill. 3, no 5) fasse entendre un clic dans la bonne position. Pour un résultat optimal, nettoyer les pistolets juste après l’utilisation. 1. NETTOYAGE Lors de la première mise en marche, le récipient du filtrat (ill. 1, no 5) doit être rempli d’eau jusqu’au 3/4. Cette eau sera réutilisée (eau du filtrat).

    4. FILTRAGE REMARQUE: S’ASSURER QUE LES FILTRES CORRECTS SOIENT UTILISÉS: DRESTER RÉF. 8701 (FILTRE) ET DRESTER RÉF. 8702 (PRÉFILTRE). CES FILTRES ONT ÉTÉ TESTÉS ET APPROUVÉS PAR D’IMPORTANTS FABRICANTS DE PEINTURE. Ouvrir la valve de vidange (ill. 1, no 9) afin que l’eau de lavage soit vidée et filtrée.

    - Garder toujours ce mode d'emploi près de la machine. GARANTIE Hedson Technologies AB remplace tous les éléments défectueux de DRESTER 1000 par des composants neufs, conformément aux conditions énoncées sous «Warranty Terms for Hedson Technologies AB». La garantie s’applique uniquement en cas d’utilisation correcte de la machine et ne couvre pas les réparations.

TVÄTTNING Innan maskinen används för första gången skall filtratkärlet (bild 1, nr.5) fyllas till ¾ med färskvatten. Detta är vatten för återanvändning (filtratvatten).
