Using the transmitter

Check if the green LED shines

Trying to pair the Connexx smart transmitter 2.4 with an hearing aid and iPhone. Not working.

To pair the Connex Smart Transmitter 2.4 with a hearing aid:

1. Connect the transmitter to a power supply.
2. Connect the transmitter to an audio device (TV, stereo, etc.) using the appropriate cable.
3. Put the hearing aids into pairing mode.
4. Press the pairing button on the transmitter.
5. Wait for the LED on the transmitter to indicate successful pairing.

To pair the hearing aids with an iPhone, follow the standard Bluetooth pairing process through the iPhone's accessibility settings.

Note: The transmitter does not support direct Bluetooth connection to an iPhone. It streams audio from non-Bluetooth devices to the hearing aids.
