Wireless network distorted or not found.
•
Make sure that the wireless network is not
disturbed by microwave ovens, DECT phones,
or other neighboring Wi-Fi devices.
•
Place the wireless router and the SoundBar
within five meters of each other.
•
If the wireless network does not work
properly, try a wired network installation (see
'Wired connection' on page 11).
DLNA
My video does not stream smoothly.
•
Check that the home network has enough
bandwidth to play the videos. To save the
bandwidth on your wireless network, connect
your SoundBar to the router through a
network cable.
•
Use a Wireless N class router (300 mbps)
router for best performance.
•
Make sure that the Wi-Fi reception is strong
on your device.
•
Check that the video format is supported
by your home theater, the media server
application, and the mobile device.
I do not have enough bandwidth on my home
network.
•
If you are running multiple applications on
your wireless network, stop the applications
so that the entire bandwidth is available for
content streaming.
•
Make sure that you connect your SoundBar
to the network using a wired connection.
Whenever possible, connect other devices
(such as PC) to the network through a wired
connection too.
•
Check that the network cables are not
damaged.
I cannot see my media files on PC.
•
Check that you have installed a media server
on your PC, and have enabled file sharing on
your PC.
•
Make sure that the SoundBar supports the
PC media files.
•
Check the settings on your mobile device to
make sure that media sharing is enabled.
I cannot see my SoundBar when I scan from my
mobile device.
•
Make sure that the SoundBar is connected to
the same network.
•
Check the signal strength to make sure that
your device can receive the signal.
•
Make sure that the media server application
that you download on your mobile device is
DLNA-compatible.
