REMEDY
Top up oil to correct level
Turn switch ON
Operate trigger
Clean nozzle
Return to dealer to have reflux valve adjusted
Turn on mains water
Thaw out completely including hose, gun and lance
Minimum required is 15ltr/min at 20psi
Clean filter
Straighten hose
Replace nozzle
Run unit with gun open and lance removed until
air is purged
Clean suction or discharge valves
Clean bypass valve
Push tube firmly onto siphon nozzle
Replace tubing
Fit low pressure nozzle
Clean nozzle
Release trigger lock
Change oil more frequently
Return to Sealey dealer for seal replacement
Return to Sealey dealer for bearing replacement
Check inlet line for correct size or restriction
Check for incorrectly sized plumbing, air leaks, or
blockages
Check inlet line for correct size or restriction
Use recommended oil
Adjust oil level to recommended level.
