Mounting the unit
Switch-off camera and flash unit (see
camera manual or alternatively "Switching
on and off")
Press and hold down the release button, and
slide the flash unit along the unit's foot
straight into the camera's hot shoe as far as
possible.
Release the release button. The flash unit is
now locked into the camera's hot shoe.
Please note:
If the camera's hot shoe does not have a
safety hole, then the flash unit is not secured
against falling out. In such cases, the spring-
loaded safety pin remains recessed in the foot
of the flash unit.
Removal
Switch-off camera and flash unit (see
camera manual or alternatively "Switching
on and off")
Press and hold down the release button, and
slide the flash unit along the unit's foot
straight out of the camera's hot shoe.
