Contact authorized dealers of this product. If they
canʼt supply original replacement part(s), either call
DESA Heating Productsʼ at 1-866-672-6040 or
DESA Industries at 1-905-826-8010.
When calling DESA, have ready:
• your name and address
• model and serial numbers of your heater
• how heater was malfunctioning
• purchase date
In most cases, we will ask you to return the part
to the factory.
