    2. Getting Start 2.1 Insert the Memory Card Insert the memory card with the gold contacts facing the back of the camcorder. Push the memory card until it clicks into place. (Use class 10 or greater speed micro SD cards for this camcorder; It is recommended to format the micro SD cards before the initial use.)     2.4 Powering the Camcorder On / Off and Reset 2.4.1 Auto Power On/Off Once the vehicle engine is started, the camcorder automatically powers on. And the recording will automatically start. Once the vehicle engine shuts down, the camcorder automatically saves the recording and turns off the power within 10 seconds.

    2.5 Initial Settings 2.5.1 Set the Date and Time We recommend to set up date and time before initial use. To set the correct date and time, do the following: In the recording screen, long press button to enter the OSD menu.

    3. Using the Camcorder 3.1 Recording Videos 3.1.1 Auto Recording When the vehicle engine starts up, the camcorder automatically turns on and starts recording. Recording will automatically stop when the engine is switched off. Note: 1. On some cars, the recording will continue when the engine is switched off. If this happens, please manually turn off the cigarette lighter or remove the car adapter from the cigarette lighter.

    3.1.2 Emergency Recording This Car Camcorder is equipped with a G-Force sensor. If the G-sensor function is enabled, when collision is detected, the camcorder will automatically trigger the Emergency Recording feature. The emergency icon will be displayed on top of screen. The emergency recording files will not be overwritten by the normal loop recording files.

    3.2 Photos In the recording screen, long press button to enter the OSD menu. Press to select [Photos] card, and press to enter. In current preview mode, press again to take photo, you will hear “ka-za” sound and the photo will be saved in the Photo folder. By this way to take photo, it’s only available to take singe camera’s image, it cannot be taken dual camera’s images.

    3.3 GPS (Option) Plug the optional GPS accessory into GPS port on the camcorder. Once activate the GPS function, you can preview current car speed, speed cam ahead, traffic lights and direction such information. To activate GPS function, follow the below steps, In the recording screen, long press button to enter the OSD menu.

    Note: 1. GPS function is limited in certain areas. Please contact dealer for details. 2. Once activate the GPS function, when GPS is positioned, the icon will change from white to blue 3. If GPS function is not activated from Menu, even you plug in the GPS accessory, the function is not workable.

Then, short press button to select the file of your preference and press button to check the file. Press once button to playback the file, press button again to pause.

    3.6 Setting In the recording screen, long press button to enter the OSD menu. Press a few times to select [Setting] card, and press to enter. You can select “Video”, “Security” or “System” option to set up the camcorder. Please refer to 4. Adjust the Setting for details. 3.7 Parking Mode To monitor the vehicle when it is parked, you can activate Parking Mode.

    3.8 Driving Report When the car engine turns off and before car camcorder completely power off, the driving report will show driving time, sudden break times and sudden speed times of this journey.
