Before Requesting Service
If the operating condition of the machine is not good, please refer to the table below to identify the issue.
If you still require assistance, contact your dealer or service center. For expedited service, it is best to
have the following information on hand: model name, serial number, name of dealer, and date of
purchase.

Things to check
Please plug in the power cord.
After removing the cause, please raise (turn on) the
earth leakage breaker located on the back of the
unit.
Please check the power and use a dedicated outlet.
Set the front power switch on the front display to the
on ('ICE') position
Please open the water supply valve.
Check and take action.
Wait until water supply is confirmed.
After confirming, contact A / S center.
After removing the front cover, remove the dust net
to the side and remove the dust using the vacuum
cleaner. If a lot of dust accumulates, the
performance of the machine may deteriorate and a
lot of electricity bill may be charged.
The operating temperature of the product is within
10 ℃ ~ 38 ℃. Control the ambient temperature
according to the operating temperature.
Disassemble the water supply valve, and then
remove any foreign matter from the sieve. Be sure
to lock the faucet at this time.
Fit the floor flat
Please keep more than 50cm on the front and back.
Use water with a supply water temperature of 10 ° C
to 32 ° C.
Turn the power switch to 'OFF' to completely
dissolve the ice, then switch back to 'ICE'.
