Disconnect DC charger from light and power source.
Unscrew cap of DC charger plug and pull straight out.
Pull fuse holder and fuse out of plug. Observe to see if fuse is
burned out.
Note:
Use a 8A fuse only. Fuse is burned out when fuse
element is missing or broken inside glass tube.
Replace with new 8A fuse if element is missing or
broken.
Insert new fuse into holder.
Insert fuse and fuse holder into plug.
Screw cap onto plug.
The retractable hanging ring allows spotlight to hang while in use
or during storage.
The lens is made of tempered glass. Avoid dropping or sharp impact on
light to prevent damage.
Do not allow the hot lens to come in contact with water or materials
subject to heat damage.
This light is not waterproof. Do not use the light under water or store
outdoors.
Do not attempt to use light while charging directly from AC outlet. Doing
so may cause damage to battery and AC charger.
12-volt DC charger/adapter operates from a 12-volt DC receptacle for
charging battery in spotlight only while vehicle engine is running or
continuous corded operation.
Only use charging devices that are provided with the Dual LED
Rechargeable Spotlight or its replacements.
For DC Charger/Adapter: Battery charges only while vehicle engine is
running. L.E.D. indicator on base of handle turns off automatically when
battery is fully charged.
For AC Charger: Allow battery to fully charge. L.E.D. indicator on base of
handle turns off automatically when battery is fully charged.
See chart for recommended charge times.
Do not allow battery to completely discharge. A dim light indicates a low
battery. Recharge battery as soon as possible after each use.
Always keep the battery fully charged when not in use.
After months of use, DC receptacles can build up corrosion that may
prevent your spotlight from making good contact. It may be necessary to
clean the inside of your DC receptacle with a fine emery cloth. Before
cleaning receptacle, remove the fuse to prevent it from shorting out.
During extended periods of non-use, recharge the spotlight every 2
months.
Dry location use only
