Memory card is not
fully inserted to the

Memory card format
is not supported
MP3 format is not
supported
Correction
Ensure that the
batteries are installed
correctly
Replace with new
batteries
Ensure that the adaptor
connection is secure
Check if the memory
card is inserted
correctly
Check to see if the
memory card is a
supported type. The
Kidi Star Dance™
system only supports
microSD or microSDHC
card from 1 to 32GB
and formatted in FAT/
FAT32 file systems.
The Kidi Star Dance™
system does not
support NTFS or other
file systems.
The Kidi Star Dance™
system only supports
the MP3 MPEG-1 Audio
Layer 3 format. Other
MP3 formats are not
supported.
