Driving position memory

Your preferred driving position (the position of the driver's seat, steer-
ing wheel and outside rear view mirrors) can be memorized and
recalled with the touch of a button. It is also possible to set this func-
tion to activate automatically when the doors are unlocked.
Three different driving positions can be entered into memory.
On some models, the same buttons are found on the front passenger's
side, allowing the position of the front passenger's seat to be memo-
rized.

Entering a position to memory
STEP 1
Turn the "POWER" switch to ON mode.
STEP 2
Adjust the driver's seat, steering wheel and outside rear
view mirrors to the desired positions.
STEP 3

Recalling the memorized position
STEP 1
Check that the shift lever is set in P.
STEP 2
Turn the "POWER" switch to ON mode.
STEP 3

Press the "SET" button, then
within 3 seconds press button
"1", "2" or "3" until the sig-
nal beeps.
If the selected button has
already been preset, the pre-
viously recorded
will be overwritten.
Press button "1", "2" or "3"
until the signal beeps to
recall the desired position.
