4. In the list of services, tap Voice Mail and Text
Messages, then tap the Get Settings... button.
The settings will then be read from the network.
5. Edit the number in the Text messages service
center: field if required. This number can be
obtained from your service provider.
6. Tap ok. The settings are sent to the network.

Setting up voice mail

To set up voice mail:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Settings.
2. On the Personal tab, tap Phone.
3. Tap the Services tab.
4. In the list of services, tap Voice Mail and Text
Messages, then tap the Get Settings... button.
The settings will then be read from the network.
5. Enter your voice mail number in the Voice Mail:
field. This can be obtained from your service
provider.
6. Tap ok. The settings are sent to the network.

Fixed Dialing

Fixed Dialing restricts the numbers that you can
call from your Toshiba phone. When Fixed Dialing
is activated, you can only call predefined numbers
or area codes. These numbers are stored in a list
that you can set up and edit using your Toshiba
phone.

NOTE: Fixed Dialing is only available if it is
supported by your service provider.

NOTE: Before setting up Fixed Dialing, you
will need to obtain PIN2 from your service
provider.
To set up Fixed Dialing:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Settings.
2. On the Personal tab, tap Phone.
3. Tap the Services tab.
4. In the list of services, tap Fixed Dialing, then
tap the Get Settings... button. The settings will
then be read from the network.
5. Tick the Enable fixed dialing checkbox.
6. Tap Menu > Add.
7. In the Add or change the number pattern:
field, enter the phone number or area code you
want to be able to call.
8. Tap Done.
