Indledning Original brugsanvisning Denne brugsanvisning er FKI Fast Food Tekniks originale brugsanvisning til stegeplader type GL 96. Formål Formålet med denne brugsanvisning er at sikre korrekt installation, brug, håndtering og vedligeholdelse af stegepladen. Tilgængelighed Brugsanvisningen skal opbevares på et for personalet kendt sted, hvor den er let tilgængelig for operatører og vedligeholdelsespersonale. Kendskab Det er arbejdsgiverens (stegepladens ejer) forpligtelse at sikre, at alle, der skal betjene, servicere, vedligeholde eller reparere stegepladen, har læst brugsanvisningen; som minimum de dele af den, der er relevante for deres arbejde. -

Betjening Stegepladen er forsynet med 2 varmezoner, i højre og venstre side, som styres ved hjælp af en termostatregulator. Hver side tændes ved at dreje på reguleringsknappen og sætte den ønskede temperatur på skalaen ud for mærket på fronten. Under opvarmning, og når varmelegemerne er aktive, lyser den gule glimlampe ved siden af temperaturreguleringen. Det anbefales at kontrollere temperaturen på stegefladen ved hjælp af termometer, da kalibreringen af termostaten kan afvige fra skaleringen på drejeknappen. Stegepladen slukkes ved at dreje temperaturvælgerne til nul. -

Ophør af brug 8.1. Skrotning Stegepladen mærket ovenstående genbrugssymbol. (EU direktiv 2002/96/EC) og skal i Danmark bortskaffes i henhold til Elskrotbekendtgørelsen. Det betyder, at du skal bortskaffe det efter kommunens bestemmelser, f.eks. i dertil opstillet container på kommunens genbrugsplads, når produktet er udtjent. Bilag 9.1. Introduction Original instruction manual This guide is a translation of the original instructions manual of FKI for the grill plate GL 96. Purpose The purpose of this manual is to ensure proper installation, use, handling and maintenance of grill plate. Accessibility The instruction manual must be kept - to the staff - in a well-known place which is easy to access for electricians and personnel who maintain. Knowledge The employer is obligated to ensure that people who operate, serve and maintain the grill plate, has read the instruction manual or as a minimum are familiar with the parts which are relevant to their job. Operation The grill plate is equipped with 2 heat zones - one in each side. They are controlled by a thermo regulator. Each zone is activated by turning the control knob and set to the desired temperature. The yellow glow lamp next to the temperature regulator will be switched on during warming and when the heating elements are active. It is recommended to check the temperature on the working surface using a thermometer, since the calibration of the thermostat can deviate from the scale on the front of the machine. The grill plate is switched off by turning the scale to zero. -

Termination 8.1. Destruction The machine is marked with the above recycling symbol (EC Directive 2002/96/EC) and must be disposed in accordance with your country order. This means that when the product becomes obsolete, you should dispose it after the local municipality’s rules, e.g. in unsorted waste stream. Appendix 9.1. Rengøring af stegeplade Daily maintenance and cleaning Tænd for stegeplade på 80°. Hæld vand på stegefladen. Vent ca. 10 min. Turn on the grill plate at 80°C. Pour water into the working surface. Wait approx. 10 minutes. Brug rustfri svamp mildt Tør efter med papir. -
