The Raindrip R675CT valve may not open in manual mode due to internal mechanical failure, such as a clicking sound without valve activation. This suggests the timer receives power but the valve mechanism is not functioning correctly.

I have just returned home and both the manual and automatic feature lights are blinking. It did not water on its normal cycle. I checked the batteries and they are good, reinstalled them and set frequency and time. The automatic light is flashing now an I am waiting to see if it comes on in 4 hours. Have you any idea of why both lights would have blinked, manual cycle feature was set on reset.

On the Raindrip R675CT, the manual and automatic feature lights blink to indicate programming is complete and the timer is in either manual or rain delay mode. The manual light flashes while manual watering is active and during a rain delay. Once the cycle ends, the light turns off.

I bought a R675CT Raindrip irrigation package last year and worked fine. I disconnected the timer in the fall, removed the batteries and stored inside over the winter. Now when I insert new batteries, the Automatic light blinks twice and then nothing. All connections look clean but doesn't work.
