Mit zunehmendem Gebrauch verbessern sich die hervorragenden Brateigenschaften dieser schmiedeeisernen Pfanne und sie entwickelt ihre optimalen Vorzüge. - Page 4 Reinige die Pfanne nach jedem Gebrauch mit warmem Wasser. Trockne sie danach gut ab und reibe sie mit einer dünnen Schicht Petromax Pflegepaste ein (alternativ neutrales Öl oder Pflanzenfett), bevor du sie verstaust. Verwende niemals Olivenöl, da es nicht so stark erhitzt werden kann.

User manual for the Petromax Wrought-Iron Pan sp20- sp32 Thank you for purchasing a product from the Petromax wrought-iron pan series. We hope you will fully enjoy your pan. The more you will use your wrought-iron pan, the more it will provide its best frying features and reach its utmost potential. - Page 7 After each use, clean your pan with some kitchen paper or rinse it with hot water. Then, dry the pan with a clean cloth and grease it with some neutral oil or with the Petromax Care and Seasoning Conditioner. Never use olive oil for it has a lower smoke point and burns out too quickly.

Under proper use, a warranty period of two years will apply to your Petromax Wrought-Iron Pan from the date of purchase. This does not cover wear parts. If you cannot use the Petromax Wrought-Iron Pan properly due to a defect in material or manufacturing, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Contact your retailer for that purpose. -
