1. The Control key on a 3270 Enhanced Keyboard (on a 3191 or 3192 terminal) Is the ExSel Control key.
On an Enhanced Keyboard (other than a 3191 or 3192 terminal) it is either the ExSel Control key or the
RESET key (when the RESET key is pressed, and if, before it is released another key is pressed, the
RESET key is used as a CTRL key). When the RESET key is pressed and released without pressing any
other key, the RESET key provides its Reset function.
2. The Extended Graphics key on a 3270 Enhanced Keyboard is ALT 0.
3. Depending on the character set and on the language used by your ASCII host application and the type
of your 3270 terminal (CECP-capable or not), there can be some limitations on the mapping of the ASCII
character graphics.
4. Depending upon the configuration question 121 language selection, the Caps Lock function may be
located at ALT (£).
