CAUTION:
• Do not turn the power switch from "I" to "R" or
from "R" to "I" directly at any time during operation.
If required, first set the power switch in "O" position
to make the appliance stop running completely
and then turn the power switch to "R" or to "I".
• Do not operate the slow juicer before inserting
foodstuffs into the jar (6) to avoid damaging the
grinding assembly.
• Do not at any moment insert your fingers or other
foreign objects into the slow juicer while it is in
operation and still plugged into the power socket.
NOTE:
• During operation, if the slow juicer gets stuck and
is not operable, turn off the appliance by setting
the power switch in the "O" position. Press the
reset button (12) which is located at the bottom
of motor unit (9). After pressing the reset button
press and hold the power switch to the "R" posi-
tion for a few seconds and try operating the slow
juicer again normally. When the reverse function
is not working, turn off the slow juicer and reas-
semble it according to the assembly instructions.
After reassembly turn on the slow juicer again.
• When the juice container (11) is full (the maxi-
mum capacity is approximately 1 L) or the slow
juicer is finished extracting the foodstuffs set the
power switch (10) in the "O" position to turn off
the slow juicer. Empty the contents of the juice
container and residue container (13) before
resuming making more juice.
• Do not leave the slow juicer on for a longer
duration than 15 minutes continuously. Ensure to
have a 30-minute cooling down period between
two operation sessions.
• Ensure not to overfeed the slow juicer. Insert the
foodstuffs in due order so that the slow juicer has
enough time to process it.
• During operation, if the lock of the hopper (2)
manages to get unlocked, the slow juicer will stop
operation automatically in order to avoid potential
hazards.

Cleaning and Maintenance

time, hold and rotate the hopper to detach it. After

the hopper to clean it so that it will be easier to
detach.

and detach it.
3. Detach the rotary cleaning brush (5), strainer (4)
and grinding head (3) in sequence by following the
steps of "Initial Use".

(2), grinding head (3), strainer (4), rotary cleaning
brush (5), jar (6) and residue container (13) under
running water. The small cleaning brush (14) can
be used to properly clean the strainer (4).
