  • Page 4 MA4200 Using a Wired Microphone Plug a wired microphone with a 6.3mm or XLR connector to INPUT 1 or INPUT 2 on the rear panel. Slide the switch to MIC level. Turn on the power and then adjust INPUT 1 (2) volume control on the front panel to desired level.
  • Page 5 MA4200 Using a Wired Microphone Plug an electronic guitar or keyboard with a 6.3mm plug or XLR connector to INPUT 1 or INPUT 2 on the rear panel. Slide the switch to LINE level. Turn on the power and then adjust INPUT 1 (2) volume control on the front panel to desired level.
  • Page 6 MA4200 Music Audio Input Plug the audio cable with RCA R/L plugs to the INPUT 4’s RCA R/L jacks on the rear panel. Turn on the power and then adjust INPUT 4 volume control on the front panel to a desired level.
  • Page 7 MA4200 Connecting a MONO / SUBWOOFER Speaker Plug the external speaker’s audio cable to the 6.3mm or 2P PHOENIX jack on the rear panel. The speaker’s impedance must be 4Ω or more. When using 2P PHOENIX for connection, please accord with the positive (+) and negative (-) polarities.
  • Page 8 MA4200 Connecting L / R Stereo Speakers Plug the external speaker’s audio cable to the 6.3mm or 4P PHOENIX jacks on the rear panel. The speaker’s impedance must be 4Ω or more. When using 4P PHOENIX for connection, please accord with the positive (+) and negative (-) polarities.
  • Page 9 MA4200 Connecting Desktop / Computer Speaker Plug the audio cable with 3.5mm plug from the LINE OUT’s 3.5mm jack on the rear panel to the desktop / computer speaker. Turn on the power and then adjust LINE OUT volume control on the rear panel to a desired level.
  • Page 10 MA4200 Tone Control Operating Voice Priority Voice Priority operation is only necessary when CD/USB/MP3 is playing. When the Voice Priority switch is ON, the ducking function will be activated. While the music is playing, voice input from either a Wired or Wireless Microphone will temporarily override and lower the volume of the background music and speech will be heard more clearly.
