    HDMI signal contains both HDMI video signal and embedded audio signal (PCM, Dolby Digital , DTS, DTS-HD) , while DVI signal contains solely video signal. c) HDA 1x2S4K is capable to switch input signal format according to the displays. For example, when the input signal is HDMI and the display can only support DVI signal, HDA 1x2S4K will switch the signal into DVI format.
