    step 1 drawer assembly - insert cams 00585 00584 31567 31683 Cam bolt Place the cams into the large holes on the drawer sides, so that the arrow is facing the edge of the drawer side. Press cam bolts into the holes on the edge of the drawer sides.
  • Page 12 step 2 drawer assembly - attach drawer bottom to drawer back 02828 06389 finished side up paper Press the drawer bottom 06389 (with the finished side up) into the grooves on the drawer back 02828. Paper overlays the slot, but it has a slot so drawer bottom inserts well.

  • Page 23 step 13 loft bed assembly - assemble center shelf to dividers The cam bolt will fit loosely until the cam is tightened. Place the center shelf UC between the dividers GD so that the cam bolts and dowels go into the holes. Tighten the cams to the 2 o’clock position.
  • Page 24 step 14 loft bed assembly - attach divider assembly to center support 25610 97642 Connector bolt Allen wrench Place the holes on the center support SA, over the dowels on the dividers GD. Use allen wrench to drive the connector bolts through the center support SA, into the dividers GD.

Use the shelf bracket to determine the hole locations. Use an awl, nail or drill to start a pilot hole for the screws. Use shelf brace screws 25233 to attach the bracket.
  • Page 26 step 16 loft bed assembly - attach two bottom panels The cam bolt will fit loosely until the cam is tightened. Press bottom panels IE onto the dividers GD so that the cam bolts and dowels go into the holes. Tighten the cams to the 2 o’clock position.

Press headboard 76277 and footboard 76278, onto cam bolts and dowels on the center support SA and the base rail J.

  • Page 31 step 21 loft bed assembly - attach top caps 76279 76277 22604 76279 76278 Glue Place two drops of glue into the holes on the two top caps 76279. Press or tap the top caps 76279, into place. Do not use a hammer, as this will damage the surface.

The barbed part of the support goes into these holes. Place the shelves onto the supports, making sure that the pin on the support goes into the shelf.

Tighten the screw on the hinge plate until the door is supported by the hinges. The door can be adjusted in and out by pulling or pushing the door then retightening this screw.

Peel the door bumpers off the backing sheet and place them at the bottom of the edge of the dividers.
  • Page 35 step 25 loft bed assembly - install drawer glides 41433 26020 76277 Small system screw 76278 Drawer glide Place a small system screw into the hole second from the back on the drawer glide, then into the hole on the back of the divider GD. Note: Oil is on slide for lubrication. Use care in handling, so that lubricant is not transferred to the product.
  • Page 36 step 26 loft bed assembly - install small system screw into front of drawer glide 76277 76278 26020 Small system screw Move the front of the glide until you can see a drilled hole through the slot on the glide. Use a small system screw to attach the front of the glide.
  • Page 37 step 27 loft bed assembly - install drawer glide screw 76277 26214 76278 Machine screw Slide the groove on the drawer sides over the drawer glide. Pull the glide forward until the threaded hole on the glide aligns with the hole in the drawer side.

Thread the nuts onto the machine screw from below and tighten with a wrench and screwdriver.

Thread the nuts onto the bolts from below, and tighten with a wrench and screwdriver.
