ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT: UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED TORQUE ALL BOLTS ACCORDING TO TORQUE SPECI- FICATION TABLE (SEE TABLE OF CONTENTS) WHEN STATED: TIGHTEN FIRMLY. REFER TO PARTS BREAKDOWN SECTION FOR PART IDENTIFICATION. NOTE: In this manual, the right and left side is determined by sitting on the seat of the vehicle facing toward. WARNING When installing and operating the accessory, the front loader must be removed from the vehicle.
ASSEMBLY STEP 1 SNOWBLOWER PREPARATION NOTE: This step requires two people. Wrap the rotation ring (item 1) (groove inside) around the edge of the discharge chute (item 2) as shown. Place the chute (item 3) (opening facing forward) over the rotation ring. IMPORTANT: The ring must be inside the base of the chute.

ASSEMBLY NOTE: To facilitate installation, turn the snowblower face down. Insert the 1/4’’ key (item 1) on the input shaft (item 2). Slide the half drive line (item 3) on the input shaft until the hole in the drive line lines up with the hole in the input shaft.

ASSEMBLY IMPORTANT FOR THE 3016 - 3616: Make sure to thread the hoses through the hook on the hydraulic hose support and the hook on the front hitch bracket as done previously with the hoses for the hydraulic lift system. IMPORTANT FOR THE 1500series - 1626 : Make sure to thread the hoses through the front bumper to avoid any contact with the exhaust system.
