LIMITED WARRANTY

All PRONIVO devices are tested before leaving the factory and subject to the following
warranty conditions. Warranty claims of the buyer and legal rights remain unaffected.
1. PRONIVO committed to free elimination of the defects on the device, if they are
shown to be caused within the warranty period to a material or production defects.
2. The warranty period is
purchase to the rst end user (see the original document).
3. The guarantee is not true for parts whose malfunction is due to use or wear. For
damage to your equipment caused by failure to observe the operating instructions,
improper use, inadequate service and care, use of non-original accessories or
spare parts, the guarantee does not apply. Due to changes or additions to the de-
vice voids the warranty. For defects that do not affect the normal use of the device,
the guarantee does not apply.
4. PRONIVO reserves the right to repair, at its option, the device or replace it.
5. Claims other than the above are not covered by the warranty.
6. After warranty by PRONIVO the warranty period will not be renewed and not
renewed.
This guarantee is governed by German law. Excluded is the CISG (United Nations Conven-
tion on the International Sale of Goods).
