CAUTION!
NOTE: The CH-SMAC400 adds 0.94"of depth and 6 lbs (2.72 kg) to overall installation. It is the installer's responsibility to ensure
that combined weight of screen and CH-SMAC400 does not exceed the maximum support weight of the mount.
1. Remove screen from mount or, if not installed, install interface bracket to back of screen per instruction supplied with the
interface.
2. Attach mounting buttons to Rotation Assembly, using the four 10-24 x 1/2" flat head cap screws. Make sure the buttons are
securely fastened. .
