    Suitable working platform to provide secure access and provide support for parts required. SPECIFICATIONS SMP Playgrounds Ltd recommends an effective Impact Absorbing Surface tested to EN1177 & BS7188 beneath this play equipment. Refer to manufacturers instructions for details of installation. The surface should have a Critical Fall Height greater than the Maximum Free Fall Height of the equipment.
  • Page 22 HOGS BACK EC205 ESTABLISH ORIENTATION Measure out the site to ensure the space required fits into the allotted area, it is horizontal and free from trip points or other obstructions. vii) Ensure the equipment is to be provided with an effective Impact Absorbing Surface which has a tested critical fall height rating greater than the maximum Free Fall Height of the equipment.
  • Page 23 HOGS BACK EC205 vii) Assemble Ramp Cross Log (Item 1 - LTB50) to the 2 Ramp Upright Posts (item 1 - LTB49) using 2 off M16 X 240 Stud (item 11) and 4 off M16 Washers (item 16) and M16 Nyloc Nuts (item 17). Ensure Ramp Cross Log (Item 1 - LTB50) is fitted to correct side of Upright Posts (item 1 - LTB49).

    HOGS BACK EC205 POST INSTALLATION INSPECTION CHECK CHECK The unit is installed at the correct height. All fixings are tightened and have no protruding sharp edges. All wooden parts should have no sharp edges or cracks. Ensure all plastic plugs are correctly fitted. Ensure Manufacturers Label is fitted.
