The Hold

the
keys in the

the
Rotary Tuning Control not
to operate. So, the frequency being
received
and the
clock
times
being
set are
locked
and
cannot be changed
accidentally.
And even
if
the
Power
Off
Key is pressed by mistake, the
radio cannot be turned
off.
lt
is
useful
when
you carry the unit,
listening
to the
radio. This
function operates also during radio-off. Even
if
the
Power
On
Key is pressed by mistake, the
radio cannot
be
turned
on.
lt
prevents
the
batteries
from
being
wasted.
.To
operate the Hold
Function,
set the
Hold
Switch to the direction
of
the arrow. Then the
Hold
lndicator
(
lreD
)
will
appear.
