sing the Weller soldering bath W 101H. Production was based
on stringent quality requirements which guarantee the per-
fect operation of the device.

1. Caution!

Please read these Operating Instructions and the attached
Safety Information carefully prior to initial operation. The ope-
rating instructions for the supply unit used are also applica-
ble in addition to these operating instructions. Failure to
observe the safety regulations results in a risk to life and
limb.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for damage resulting
from misuse of the machine or unauthorised alterations.
Safety Informations
● Repairs are only to be performed by authorised specialist
personnel.
● Do not store inflammable objects near the solder bath.
● Above 500 °C (930 °F) there are lead emissions
measurable.
● The small soldering bath remains hot for some time after
switch off.
● Only replace solder bath inserts when cool.
● Avoid unintentional operation. Never leave the hot sold-
ring bath unsupervised.
● The soldering bath may only be operated in technically
flawless condition.
● Risk of burns due to liquid solder and solder splashes.
Wear appropriate protective clothing to protect yourself
from burns. Protect your eyes. Wear safety glasses.

Small solder bath W 101H has been developed for use in
industrial production processes.
The solder bath runs on mains voltage.

3. Commissioning
Ensure that there are no flammable or temperature sensitive
objects near the soldering bath.
Plug the solder bath connector into the mains socket. Set the
solder bath temperature using the prescribed Magnastat.
Solder bath inserts are available for the following
temperatures:
005 11 706 99 solder bath insert for 285 °C (545 °F)
005 11 707 99 solder bath insert for 330 °C (630 °F)
005 11 708 99 solder bath insert for 380 °C (720 °F)
005 11 709 99 solder bath insert for 450 °C (840 °F)
005 11 706 99 Insert for temperature 285 °C (545 °F)
005 11 707 99 Insert for temperature 330 °C (630 °F)
005 11 708 99 Insert for temperature 380 °C (720 °F)
