  • Page 14 7 SELBSTKALIBRIERUNG Führen Sie die Selbstkalibrierung wie folgt durch. -Setzen Sie jedes Rad auf den Schaft (selbst wenn nicht im Gleichgewicht) -Setzen Sie die exakten Dimensionen des aufgesetzten Rads zurück. ACHTUNG: Wenn auf inkorrekte Dimensionen zurückgesetzt wird, könnte das bedeuten, dass die Maschine nicht korrekt kalibriert ist und alle anschließenden Messungen inkorrekt sind bis eine neue Selbstkalibrierung mit den korrekten Dimensionen durchgeführt wird.

    8 FEHLER Es können mehrere fehlerhafte Zustände während des Betriebs der Maschine vorkommen. Wenn dies der Mikro- prozessor entdeckt erscheint am Display die Fehler-Nr.: FEHLER BEDEUTUNG Kein Rotationssignal. Könnte durch falsch positionierten Wandler verursacht werden. Während der Messdrehungen fällt die Geschwindigkeit unter 60 RPM. Wiederholen Sie die Drehung. Ein Fehler der mathematischen Kalkulation, wahrscheinlich durch zu hohes Rad-Ungleichgewicht verursacht.

  • Page 18: General Safety Rules

    Do not operate the machine at insuffi- cient lighting conditions. Carefully check the whole area to be mown. Remove all foreign objects, such as stones, sticks, wires, bones, etc. Do not operate the machine when you are tired, when your concentration is impaired, and/ or under the influence of drugs, medication or alcohol.

    The machine must be operated by trained staff and can only be used for purpose described in this manual. Do not wear unfit clothes such as large clothes with flounces, tires, etc; which could get caught by moving parts of the machine. f.

  • Page 20: Wheel Mounting

    Before connecting the balancer to the power supply, check the voltage that showing on the nameplate at the back of machine. The machine mains supply cable should be fitted with a plug conforming to current regulations. It is advisable to provide the machine with its own electrical connection through a suitable circuit breaker.

  • Page 22 TO MINIMIZE STATIC UNBALANCE When standard commercially available weights with pitch of 5 every 5g, an unbalance of up to 4g can re- main. The damage of such approximation is conspicuous for the fact that most of the disturbance of vehicle are caused by unbalance.

    -The display requested rotation of the rim tire. Mark with chalk a reference sign on the adapter and rimorder that the rim can be remounted in the same position on the machine (Use index on the spindle) -With the aid of tire remover, turn the tire on the rim by 180 -Refit the rim on the flange in the previous position.

    Various abnormal conditions can arise during machine operation. If detected by microprocessor, they appear on the display the ERROR number: ERROR MEANING No rotation signal.   • Page 27 ADJUSTMENT OF THE DRIVING BELT TENSION 1. Remove the weight holder shelf carefully not to tear away the electrical connections. 2. Slightly loosen the four screws fastening the motor. Then shift the motor until the belt is correctly tensioned. 3. Carefully retighten the 4 motor mounting screws. Check then when the belt is running, there is no side deviation. Place the accessory shelf back in position.
