Prevent the pump from running dry. Otherwise the pump will be de-
stroyed.
• Only operate the pump when it is immersed.
How to operate the unit:
Install the pump ensuring that it is completely submerged. Allow the air in the
pump to fully escape. Ensure that the maximum permissible immersion depth of
1 m is not exceeded.
The required delivery volume can be set at the control lever:
To set the maximum delivery volume, slide the control lever fully to the left, in the
„+" direction.
To reduce the delivery volume, slide the control lever to the right, in the „–" direc-
tion.
This is how to connect the power supply:
Switching on: Connect the unit to the mains. The unit switches on immediately.
Switching off: Disconnect the unit from the mains.

• Prior to reaching into the water, isolate (switch off and disconnect) all
units/devices used in the water.
• Isolate the device (disconnect from the power supply) before carrying
out any work on it.
C A U T I O N
Risk of injury due to fast rotating components.
A temperature monitor switches the unit off automatically in the event of
overload and on again once it has cooled down.
• Isolate the unit before starting any work.
